1(16 ounce)bag frozen mango chunks,thawed
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
1(750 ml)bottle champagne or sparkling wine,chilled

directions：
1process mango,sugar,and 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons water in a blender 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth,stopping to scrape down sides.
2pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a medium bowl;d**card solids.cover and chill until ready to serve(up to 4 hours).
3spoon 3 tablespoons mango puree into each of 6 champagne flutes.fill with champagne;gently stir.garn**h,if desired.serve immediately.

ingredients
1 1/4 ounces captain morgan parrot bay mango rum
1 1/2 ounces margarita mix
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1/4 ounce orgeat syrup
1/4 ounce grenadine
1 slice pineapple
directions
1add captain morgan parrot bay mango rum,margarita mix,pineapple juice,orgeat syrup,and grenadine.
2shake with ice and pour into glass.

ingredients
1 cup low-fat yogurt,lime fl**ored
3 mangoes,peeled,pitted,and cut into 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar(to taste)
1 tray ice cube
directions
1place the yogurt,mangoes,lime juice,confectioners' sugar,and ice cubes in a blender.blend until slushy.
四、mellow yellow mocktail
ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 mango,peeled and sliced
1/2 papaya,cut into cubes
1 cup crushed ice
fresh mint le**es
directions
1in a blender,combine the juices,and the fresh sliced fruit and blend to puree.strain if desired and place in a pitcher.chill in the fridge for an hour or so.
2serve in a large pitcher,over a bunch of crushed ice and decorated with mint le**es.enjoy!3the original recipe called for just placing the chunked papaya and mango in a bowl with the juices and serving as punch,but i like it pureed with the juices.do it the way you like best.
五mango-citrus cocktail(non-alcoholic)
ingredients
2 mangoes,peeled&sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cups fresh orange juice
2 limes,juice of
8 ice cubes
2 cups sparkling water(or to taste)
directions
1in a blender,process mangoes,sugar,oj,lime juice&8 ice cubes for 1 minute.
2pour mixture into a pitcher&refrigerate.
3when ready to serve,in the pitcher,thin the mixture with sparkling water&stir.
4pour into 4 glasses filled with additional ice cubes.
